Tara was the on-again, off-again Prince of San Diego; locked in a back and forth war with the Anarchs for control of the city. A former Anarch herself, Tara ruled San Diego from a distance in the town of Oceanside, watching the other Anarchs fight amongst themselves over who would be the city’s Baron.
Due to the Anarchs inner-turmoil, none of them were able to manage the city. Tara and her ghouls swept in and she was finally able to declare herself Prince in full.
Tara was eventually betrayed by one of her own advisors and ambushed while standing atop one of LA’s many skyscrapers. A group of Anarchs led by the mysterious thin-blood Jenna Cross riddled Tara’s body with bullets until the force knocked her over the edge of the building. The force of her landing onto the pavement below ended her unilfe for good.
Tara was an average looking woman just a tad overweight, with curly blond hair. While most would not consider her attractive, her gaze was striking and her force of personality was nearly overwhelming.
